HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.13920 of 2014 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 would represent that the matter has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the learned IV-Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Tirupati, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.309 of 2013 and the same was ended in acquittal by the judgment, dated 06.10.2016.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
