This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.67 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Thimmapuram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 493, 417, 420, 376, 313 and 323 read with 34 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
