HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15094 OF 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in issuing proceedings dated 14.12.2002 in RC.No.707/C6/2001 placing the petitioners as apprentice in School Assistant, SGT's and Gr-II Pandits Aided Posts. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 11.12.2009 in W.P.No.805 of 2004 and confirmed in Writ Appeal No.202 of 2012 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education.

Following the same, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 11.12.2009 in W.P.No.805 of 2004 which was confirmed in W.A.No.202 of 2012. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
