No representation for the petitioner - sole accused.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that C.C.No.387 of 2013 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur, the proceedings in which are now sought to be quashed, was disposed of on 09.12.2016 acquitting the petitioner and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
