Learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.4 to 6 is present.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on Charge Sheet being filed, P.R.C. number was assigned and committed to the Court of Sessions, and the Sessions Division assigned S.C.No.286 of 2016 and made over to the Court of Sessions Judge, Medak, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
