HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 614 of 2009 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order, dated 22.04.2009, passed in WVMP No.2984 of 2008 and WPMP No.21164 of 2008 in W.P.No.16340 of 2008.

This Court while admitting the appeal on 03.06.2009, granted interim suspension of the order impugned in the appeal. The interim order operates till today. None of the learned counsel, in particular learned counsel for the respondents, made any efforts for early hearing of the appeal or for vacating the interim suspension granted in appeal.

In view thereof, we find no reason to keep this appeal pending any further and we dispose of the same by the following order: "Interim order passed by this Court, dated 03.06.2009, shall remain operative till the disposal of the writ petition. As the writ petition is pending since 2008, hearing of the same is expedited. While passing this order, it is made clear that we have not examined merits of the case. All contentions of the parties are kept open." Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
