Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the Order returning the application filed by the petitioner herein before the learned Magistrate under Section 457 Cr.P.C.

Permission as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
