The Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order, dated 28.03.2011, in Crl.M.P.No.160 of 2011 in Crime No.60 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Judge, Family Court, Guntur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision case shall stand closed.
