THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.84 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C seeking to withdraw O.S.No.249 of 2015 from the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge's Court, Eluru, West Godavari District and transfer the same to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

As per the postal endorsement, the respondent died. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent is no more.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Tr.CMP is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Tr.CMP, shall stand closed.
