HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18338 of 2010 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the in-action of the respondent-authorities in disposing the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2010, as illegal and arbitrary.

By an order dated 28.07.2010, this Court, while issuing rule nisi, directed the respondents to consider the representation dated 31.05.2010, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of that order. Since the request of the petitioner is only with regard to considering of his representation, there is no point in keeping the matter pending. Further, it is to be noted here that the petitioner herein is said to have made the representation in the year 2010, when the State of A.P. was united. In view of the bifurcation of the State, the said representation may not be useful or no action can be taken since the issue in the present writ petition relates to State of Telangana.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation seeking the relief which he claimed in the representation made in the year 2010, in which event, the respondent shall consider the

representation, in accordance with law, as early as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
