Following the decision of this Court in W.P. Nos.25293 of 2014 and Batch, dated 10.07.2015 and for the reasons stated therein, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
