This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in registering the crime in pursuance to the complaint, dated 11-05-2018, made by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of FIR in Cr.No.336 of 2018 which was registered basing on the complaint of the petitioner and wherein Section 354 IPC is also mentioned.
