It arises out of the order passed in I.A.No.67 of 2015 in O.S.No.514 of 2006 on the file of the court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati. A perusal of the case status report of the court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati shows that on 23-12-2016 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
