HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.26019 and 26106 of 2019 COMMON ORDER :
These two writ petitions are filed seeking Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in interfering with the manufacturing, sale and supply of bio-products by the petitioner-Firm viz., Helmet Torch, Finish, Corex, Derail etc., by issuing Memo dt.21.01.2006, as arbitrary and illegal and further sought a direction to respondent No.2 not to interfere in any manner with the manufacturing, sale and distribution of bio-products by the petitioner-Firm.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis involved in these two writ petitions is squarely covered by the common judgment dt.03.11.2016 in W.A.Nos.1122 and 1136 of 2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court. The learned Government Pleader for Agriculture does not dispute the same.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and for the reasons stated in the common judgment dt.03.11.2016 in W.A.Nos.1122 and 1136 of 2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court, these writ
ARR,J W.P.Nos.26019 & 26106 of 2019 petitions are disposed of in terms thereof. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
