HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL APPEAL No.97 of 2009 JUDGMENT:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is no more.

2. On instructions, learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the appellant died on 20.06.2014 itself. He has received written instructions from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mudigonda Police Station along with the original certificate issued by the Panchayath Secretary, Gram Panchayath Madhapuram, Mudigonda Mandal, Khammam District. As per the said certificate, the date of death of the appellant is 20.06.2014.

3. In view of the above stated submissions, the appeal is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
