Kum.Kamala Gopala, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 5455 of 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in interfering with plywood business run by the petitioners at D.No.31-1-177, Powdara Road, Visakhapatnam, at the instance of respondent Nos.5 and 6, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (AP).
This Court, by order in WPMP.No.6938 of 2016 dated 19.02.2016, directed the respondent - police authorities to be mindful of the limits of their jurisdiction in criminal law and not to interfere in civil disputes.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that, pursuant to the interim order of this Court, police have not interfered with the business of petitioner.
As no instances of respondent - police authorities interfering with petitioner's business are brought to the notice of this Court, it would suffice if the interim order passed earlier is made final order in this writ petition.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
