The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that the respondents are pressurizing the petitioners to give consent and hand over the subject properties without recourse to law. 2.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that if the private properties of the petitioners are required and if the petitioners are not interested in giving consent, the respondents herein will proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act.

Above submission of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
