This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.326 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Bhimunipatnam (Bhimli) Police Station, Visakhapatnam City.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigating agency filed final report referring the case as civil in nature. In view of filing of the final report, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
