This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.3 in issuing proceedings vide Estt./Retirements/2014-15 dated 30.04.2015 contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.147 dated 30.06.2014 and in not considering representation dated 09.05.2015 as arbitrary, illegal, discriminative in violation of principles of natural justice, violative of the Fundamental Right guaranteed under Article 14 and the constitutional right guaranteed under Constitution of India. 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this writ petition does not survive and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
