THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5843 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 06.9.2016 in I.A.No.969 of 2014 in O.S.No.272 of 2014 on the file of the Court of IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file similar type of application before the trial court. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
