O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the authorization issued to her fair price bearing No.2718007 of Ambaripet village, Velgatur Mandal, Jagtial District is in subsistence, the respondents are not releasing the essential commodities.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 / competent authority, to release the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner as long as the authorization granted to the fair price shop of the petitioner is valid, and is in subsistence.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
