This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.1, seeking to direct the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, to dispose of O.S.No.264 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant No.1 and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject Suit is of the year 2010 and it is coming up for arguments of both the parties from July, 2018 and ultimately, made a request to direct the Court below to dispose of the subject Suit expeditiously.

Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of O.S.No.264 of 2010 within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 .

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
