BHATT W.P.Nos.21398 & 21433 OF_2009 & W.P.Nos.29274 & 29436_2014 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) The instant batch of writ petitions was heard and reserved for judgment along with W.P.Nos.14066 & 14067 of 2006. The prayers in the instant writ petitions are against the allotment orders in proceedings Nos.SEP/3/104/99 dated 21.02.2003 & SEP/3/19/2001 dated 26.02.2003 of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and confirmed by the Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department in proceedings Nos.35484/J.A.1/2003-19 dated 28.06.2006 & 35484/ J.A.1/2003-24 dated 28.06.2006 We have through separate order in W.P.Nos.14066 & 14067 of 2006 of even date have quashed the allotment orders and allowed W.P.Nos.14066 & 14067 of 2006. Having regard to the fact that allotment orders are set aside at the instance of State Government, no further orders need be passed in the instant writ petitions. The writ petitions are closed. No costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions in these writ petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
