- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.7750 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government pleader for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri V.Venkata Mayur, learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5. 2.

Petitioners challenge the notice issued by the Joint CollectorI, Ranga Reddy District in Case No.D5/5520/2015 dated 03.11.2015. In the revision filed by respondents 4 and 5 no interim order was granted. While so, petitioners filed W.P.No.14402 of 2017 challenging the proceedings of the Joint Collector, dated 07.04.2017 made in the Revision. The said writ petition was disposed of, by order dated 28.04.2017, directing the Joint Collector, who was 2nd respondent therein, to dispose of the Revision filed by the 4th respondent by considering all the objections raised by the petitioners as well as unofficial respondents after affording an opportunity of hearing to both parties. This Court also directed maintenance of status quo obtaining as on that date regarding entries in revenue records in respect of the subject land.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the Revision was heard finally on 19.05.2017 and matter is awaiting orders to be passed by the Joint Collector.

In view of the earlier orders directing the Joint Collector to take appropriate decision, no further orders are required in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
