This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not supplying the commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.2703032, Jaina Village, Dharmapuri Mandal, Jagtial District, even though the petitioner's authorization is in subsistence and for a consequential direction to respondents 2 and 3 to supply the commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner's fair price shop authorization is subsisting as on today, the respondents are not supplying the commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to supply commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop as long as her Fair Price Shop authorization is valid and subsisting. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
