No. 1624 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 05.07.2017 in W.P.No. 13942 of 2017 passed by this Court.

The learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) submits that the order dated 05.07.2017 in W.P.No. 13942 of 2017 passed by this Court has been complied with in letter and spirit and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the respondents are hereby discharged from the contempt proceedings. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
