ORDER:

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of A.S.No.399 of 2013 on the file of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to any other Court of the Chief Judge/Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. After arguing the case, Sri Ali Farooq, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Tr.C.M.P., with liberty to him/his colleague to prefer a complaint against the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for his alleged intemperate behaviour against his colleague, on administrative side and move this Court for transfer of the case, if necessary, after filing of such compliant.

Tr.C.MP. is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Tr.C.M.P., Tr.CMPMP.No.293 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
