THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S. SOMAYAJULU I A No.1 of 2018 in/ and CCCA No. 209 OF 2017 Judgment:

This CCCA is filed against the judgment and decree dated 21.04.2017 passed in O.S.No.778 of 2013 by the learned Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Now, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed seeking to record the compromise entered into between the parties and dispose of the appeal in terms thereof.

Both the parties and their counsel are present. On enquiry by the Court, both the parties admit that they have signed the terms of compromise after fully understanding the same. Learned counsel also identified the parties and filed Photostat copies of their ID cards in proof of the same.

In the circumstances, IA No.1 of 2018 is allowed and compromise is recorded. Consequently, the CCCA is disposed of in terms of the compromise. The terms of the compromise shall form part of the decree of the Court. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
