HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.26026 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioner as well as Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24696 of 2019, dated 11.11.2019, and contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the above said order.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 11.11.2019 in W.P.No.24696 of 2019, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents to continue to pay higher pensionary benefits and also pay arrears of pensionary benefits to the petitioner till the respondents pass a final order in accordance with law in pursuance of the show cause notice dated 11.10.2019, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 24.09.2019 in W.P.No.15337 of 2019 and batch passed by this Court. No order as to costs.
