HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20647 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in trying to dispense with the services of petitioner by appointing another temporary employee as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.

According to petitioner, respondents are trying to dispense with the services of petitioner to appoint another temporary employee. This Court granted interim direction on 25.09.2003 in WPMP No.25851 of 2003 directing respondents to continue petitioner, if he is in service as on that day on the same terms and conditions. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
