THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9377 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.2 in Crime.No.93 of 2023 on the file of Nawabpet Police Station, Vikarabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 324, 323, 427 and 506 r/w. 34 of IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

It is the case of the complainant that they were having disputes with A-1, who are family members. Keeping in view the said disputes, this petitioner and her husband went to the house of the victim and assaulted him resulting in grievous injuries. On the basis of the said complaint, the Police have arrested this petitioner on 16.08.2023. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner is a woman and no specific over

tacts are attributed to her. The only allegation is that she along with her husband trespassed into the house and caused injuries.

As seen from the complaint, there are disputes regarding property which led to the said altercation. Since no specific over tacts are attributed to this petitioner and petitioner being a lady, she can be granted regular bail, subject to following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Vikarabad.

ii) The petitioner/Accused No.2 after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer at 10:00 a.m. on every Monday for a period of four weeks for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.

iii) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
