ORDER
The claim of the petitioners is that they are in possession of the land pertaining to Kapileshwarapuram Estate land for the last several decades and under the threat of dispossession, they approached this Court, questioning the action of the respondents in not including their names in the Public Notification issued and also the action of the respondents in taking over their Pattadar Pass Books, which were, according to them, issued as per law. 2.
The petitioners filed several representations to include their names in the revenue records, with regard to the possession of the land and also to return their Pattadar Pass Books. Legal notice in pursuance thereof was also addressed.

The M.R.O., by way of endorsement dated 05.12.2005, has addressed them which is not recognized under law. 4.
The petitioners are at liberty to file a detailed representation to the District Collector enclosing evidence in support of their claim and also with regard to the issue of taking over the pass books by the revenue officials, and on receipt of the said representation the District Collector shall conduct a detailed enquiry and pass comprehensive speaking order within a period of two months thereafter.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
