These Revisions arise out of O.S.No.719 of 2016 (Old O.S.No.26 of 2015) on the file of Telangana State Wakf Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Sri Vedula Venkatramana, senior counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M.A.K.Mukheed and Sri N.M.Krishnaiah in these revisions states that his client who is the plaintiff/1st respondent in both these revisions wishes to withdraw the suit O.S.No.719 of 2016 (Old O.S.No.26 of 2015) itself on the file of the said Wakf Tribunal and that the said application is already filed before the said Tribunal, but because of lack of Presiding Officer, the matter is not being taken up by the said Tribunal.

In view of the said submission, the 1st respondent/plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the suit O.S.No.719 of 2016 (Old O.S.No.26 of 2015).

Therefore, O.S.No.719 of 2016 (Old O.S.No.26 of 2015) is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, no cause survives in these Civil Revision Petitions and they are accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
