With the consent of the counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is being disposed of, at the stage of admission. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dt.15.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.199 of 2019.

Following the order dt.15.04.2019 in W.P.No.199 of 2019, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to comply with the orders passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.8340 of 2013, dt.28.11.2013 as was done in the case of B.Veera Reddy, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
