WRIT PETITION No.37075 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the selection process of MD (Homeo) admission for the academic year 2012-13 resulting in non-selection of the petitioner to MD (Homeo) in SC quota from O.U. Local Area as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondent to select the petitioner to MD (Homeo) course in SC quota from O.U. Local Area. At the hearing, Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, on instructions, submitted that as no interim order was granted by this Court, the admissions made for the academic year 2012-13 were not disturbed and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.47034 and 47035 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs are disposed of as infructuous.
