This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to register the documents presented by the petitioner for property bearing Door No.30-439, 439/1 assessment No.2779, 2780 admeasuring 272.56 square yards in Sy.No.394/1 situated in Vinukonda Town and Mandal, Guntur District without reference to Draft Memo No.G2/19134/2011, dated 01-12-2011 of the 2nd respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.34689 of 2012, dated 12-12-2012.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that subject property is not in the list of prohibited properties, the same can be registered.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike the said order, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order. The 4th respondent is directed to receive and register the documents that may be presented by the petitioner, subject to the latter complying with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, unless there is an order of injunction against alienation of the properties in question by a Court of competent jurisdiction. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this

petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
