HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.434 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is preferred against order dated 27.10.2014, whereunder, the trial Court i.e., Senior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy, Medak District, rejected the request of the auction purchaser, who issued lodgment schedule, on the ground that the entire record was sent to High Court for consideration in C.R.P.No.2300 of 2014. Further, as seen from the docket order dated 27.10.2014, the revision petitioner is only auction purchaser, he cannot have any locus standi to question the proceedings and right will be accrued to the auction purchaser only after sale is confirmed. Admittedly, no such order is passed, therefore, there is no illegality or irregularity in the order of the Senior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy, nor it is without jurisdiction to interfere.

2. For these reasons, the revision is dismissed at admission stage giving liberty to revision petitioner to pursue his remedies in accordance with law before the trial Court. No costs.

3. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
