This criminal petition is filed by the sole accused, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.135 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Robertsonpet Police Station, Krishna District.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition, with liberty to file similar type of petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
