This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate Writ more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of respondents 1 to 4 in failing to release domestic service connections along with meters to the flats in the building constructed in premises No.

1-2-412/4/1, Plot No.B, situated at Domalguda, Gaganmahal Colony, Hyderabad and insisting for furnishing occupancy certificate for releasing service connections, as illegal, arbitrary and without any authority of law and consequently direct the respondents to release the domestic service connections along with meters to the flats in the building constructed in premises No.1-2-412/4/1, Plot No-B, Domalguda, Gaganmahal colony, Hyderabad."

At the bar, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.32614 of 2015, dated 08.12.2015 and 40856 of 2015, dated 26.07.2016 and copies of the said orders are placed on record. The same is not disputed.

Following the above said orders and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof. It is further made clear that the petitioners herein shall comply with all the statutory requirements. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
