THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1878 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.863 of 2007 on the file of the XI Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

In spite of posting the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even at 12.00 noon also, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
