HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19830 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the rejection of claim of the petitioner for the post of Junior Lineman.

2. This Court through interim order dated 07.11.2003 directed the respondents to consider the candidature of petitioner for the post of Junior Lineman by conducting pole climbing test, if necessary.

3. Advocate for petitioner submitted that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
