This petition is filed, by the petitioner/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.216 of 2012 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkjgiri, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. 3.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
