Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for the respondent.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 20.06.2018, passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.19906 of 2018.

It is submitted that by order dated 07.08.2018, W.P.No.19906 of 2018 was finally disposed of with suitable directions regarding transfer of the members of the petitioner - Union.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the members of the petitioner - Union to work out their remedies, if the directions issued in the Writ Petition are not complied.
