When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Md. Habeebur Rahman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent, has placed an order dated 24.08.2014, signed on 24.09.2014 on record. The copy of the same was also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

On receipt of the said order dated 24.08.2014 signed on 24.09.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to question the proceedings dated 24.08.2014.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to question the proceedings dated 24.08.2014. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
