This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the impugned order in reference No.883/TSEC1/2015(16), dated 18.07.2017, disqualifying the petitioner for a period of three years from the date of issuance of said order to contest any election for any office under the provisions of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965 and for a consequential direction to set aside the said order.
It is stated by learned counsel for petitioner as well as Sri P.Sudheer Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3, and Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dt. 20.03.2019 passed by this Court in WP.No.2630 of 2018 and batch. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the said order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
