HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 19119 of 2004 ORDER:

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the order of removal dated 13.9.2004, and on 14.10.2004, this Court was pleased to grant interim direction to continue the petitioner, and in pursuance of the said interlocutory order passed by this Court, the petitioner was reinstated into service on 9.11.2004, and in view of reinstatement of the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition more so, when the respondents have taken back the petitioner vide order dated 9.11.2004.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
