HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.4713, 4721 of 2017, 12918 and 28324 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Since the subject matter of all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Admittedly, the petitioners have alternative remedy of appeal under Section 8 of the A.P.Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non Agricultural purposes) Act, 2006, read with rules made there, against the impugned order wherein the Revenue Divisional Officer directed the petitioners to pay conversion charges on the present market value of the subject property. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as provided under Section 8 of the A.P.Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non Agricultural purposes) Act, 2006, read with rules made there under. No order as to costs.
