This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: ".....declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the application dt.19.09.2016 (registered on 23.09.2016) in form-6A under the provisions of ROR Act for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deed in respect of property of an extent of Ac.11-30 cents in Sy.No.106/2 of Durgada Village of Gollaprolu Mandal of East Godavari District in favour of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP). With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The only grievance of the writ petitioner is that the 4th respondent is not considering the application in Form-6A submitted by the petitioner under the provisions of ROR Act till date though it was made on 19.09.2016.

Having considered the rival submissions and in view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent herein to consider the application, dated 19.09.2016, made by the petitioner under the provisions of ROR Act for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of land admeasuring Ac. 11.30 cents in Survey No.106/2 of Durgada Village, Gollaprolu Mandal, East Godavari District, and dispose of the same, if the same is still pending consideration, in

accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and also the aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
