The revision petition is filed against the order dated 06.04.2015 in I.A.No.4238 of 2014 in O.S.No.72 of 2013 passed by the I Additional, Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. During pendency of the revision petition, the suit was decreed with costs on 30.11.2017, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication and consequently, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
