This is an application seeking transfer of S.C.No.479 of 2014 pending on the file of the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Tenali, Guntur District, to any competent Sessions Judge either at Vijayawada, Krishna District or Hyderabad, Telangana. 2.

The de facto complainant-victim is the applicant for transfer. 3.

I have gone through the affidavit of the petitioner. She is Prosecution Witness No.1 going by the listed witnesses. It is not necessary for this Court to take cognizance of certain allegations made against the prosecutor and other persons. However, without expressing much on the different aspects of the allegations, having regard to the apprehensions raised by the petitioner, I see that sufficient grounds are discernible to order transfer of her case to ensure fair trial.

In the result, the Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed transferring S.C.No.479 of 2014 from the file of the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Tenali, Guntur District, to the concerned Court at Vijayawada.
